Chow Low Hammond architects inc is an architectural partnership in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, with a reputation for exceptional client service, technical excellence and responsive design.

First established in 1985 (and incorporated in 1996), Chow Fleischauer Low architects evolved to become Chow Low Hammond architects in 2006. The firm’s principals, Sid Chow, Jackson Low, and Paul Hammond have diverse and extensive experience with the design and delivery of projects throughout Vancouver Island and the mainland of British Columbia. Our firm’s collective specialization varies, to include custom houses and multi-unit residential buildings, complex institutional, community, and health care projects, to university laboratories, commercial buildings, libraries and interiors.
